Whenever I’m vetting a video call either on Zoom desktop app or Google Meet via browser WebEx and Microsoft Teams fro strangely not affected by this issuemy Wi-Fi often gets randomly disconnected and reconnected. Sometimes the Wi-Fi would disconnect and not reconnect, forcing me to manually connect to it.
Sometimes it’ll go from ‘connected’ to ‘identifying network’ for a few seconds. Sometimes the internet would be connected and everything else would work except Zoom and Meet. I’ll have to disconnect the Wi-Fi for a second and immediately reconnect for them to work again.
It’s been /8240.txt the quality of my online meetings in a major way. The most surprising thing is that I have been facing these issues since the time I used my old laptop over a year ago.
I had a different laptop with адрес different Wi-Fi network in a different city, now I have a new laptop on a new Wi-Fi network in a new city, yet these problems have carried over, which makes me think there’s something wrong in Windows 10 itself. I’ve dieconnected resetting my entire network settings, both of my laptop and Wi-Fi router, and this only fixes the issue for sometime before it all comes back again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My phones connected to the Wi-Fi don’t face this issue when I use them for Zoom and Meet calls via mobile apps. Have you gone Device Manager, Adapter type, click on the adapter, click on Power Management, and remove the check from “Allow wwhy computer to turn off this device to save power”?
